About
Aya Bach:
Massage therapist
& Yoga instructor
I grew up in a family of doctors and artists in Japan, where I was surrounded by both Western medicine and a deep respect for healing. From an early age, I was connected to music through playing, singing, and composing, later pursuing a career as a singer-writer in Tokyo.
It was there that I discovered yoga. In my practice, I felt the same flow and depth as in music — a connection to the inner self and the universe through the rhythm of breath. This experience naturally guided me toward a path of holistic well-being. Soon after, I began teaching yoga and traveling across Asia, including India, Indonesia, and Thailand, to deepen my studies.
Through yoga, I was drawn to Ayurveda, anatomy, and massage. In my late twenties, I began working professionally as a massage therapist, and later continued my studies in natural sciences and massage therapy in Melbourne, Australia. My journey then led me to Montreal, Canada, where I gained experience in well-established spas, massage studios, and a massage school.

Now based in Switzerland, I offer personalized yoga and massage sessions, blending techniques from various traditions to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
At Ayame Studio, I warmly invite you to experience a space where you can reconnect, feel lighter and be deeply supported on your path to well-being.
